Exceptionally comfortable all-inclusive hotel with nice and enthusiastic staff members at the check-out. Great and perfect location in a lovely area really close to the beach, restaurant and the garden. For tea or coffee visit The Darwin nearby.

kindness and sympathy of the staff. Location, outdoor pools are huge. spa is no big deal. It's right on the beach and close to the mall.
Cleanliness is not a four-star. Neither is the food. lot of abundance but the quality leaves something to be desired. It is a hotel focused on a foreign public that comes with the all-inclusive, willing to fill their bellies and be all day sunbathing in the pool. For a more demanding national public it is not worth it. It doesn't meet the quality criteria of a four-star hotel at all, there are many deteriorated things in the rooms that they fix with a little bit of work. cleaners do not use vacuum cleaners for the rooms, they sweep with brooms and cleaning is not adequate. we arrived there were hairs and food crumbs around the room. mattress was fine, pillows were not, crushed from so much use, they should be changed

It's a good hotel with a great location. Great facilities and extensive gardens. pools were clean and there were enough hammocks. staff was friendly and helpful. food was varied and drink was expected from any all-inclusive.
We spent two nights at the all-inclusive hotel. We arrived at two o'clock and room wasn't ready yet. They kept our bags in storage and referred us to the dining room. Once there we could see that there were groups of young people from sports teams who had literally raided the hotel. children were making a big fuss, they didn't respect the shifts to take the food and to top it all off they were throwing objects from one table to another without anyone in the dining room noticing them... Again we went back to the reception where we had to wait again for another big queue and finally at 4. 30 pm we were given the keys to the room. first day of the stay was a bit unpleasant, since we were looking for tranquility and we found ourselves in the middle of a school yard (children with loud speakers with music, shouting, kids throwing balls and flip-flops from the window) and at night big noises from the rooms. Since six o'clock in the morning it was impossible to sleep with the noise. However, next day, children left the hotel, our real vacation began. We were able to enjoy the swimming pool, buffet and facilities with tranquility. rooms are fine, spacious and with a good view, they lacked heating.. We could not enjoy the all-inclusive snacks either, as they were non-existent.. In short, it has been a bittersweet experience and we have left with the feeling that we have not enjoyed what we expected.. hotel should have compensated for not having the rooms ready on time and for the inconvenience caused by the uncontrolled youth who shared the facilities with us.

The location is excellent in front of the beach, and if you do not go with an all-inclusive, which I recommend, 150 meters from the hotel there are plenty of bars and typical fishing, great everything. Next to the hotel there is a small supermarket for basic shopping . I recommend booking parking, it's 5 euros a day and quite affordable, because parking outside is crazy. The treatment of the personnel, that excellent, attended us a girl in reception, I do not remember the name, super nice and kind with us and in the zone of the restaurants of snacks also they treated us very well. The common areas of the hotel are very good, the pools are great for children. It is a very family oriented hotel and very cool. The rooms are generally good and when we arrived we had a plate of fruit courtesy of the hotel and a welcome letter, a detail the truth.
I didn't like the fact that the main animation of the children's hotel was all in English, it's true that it's a very foreign customer oriented hotel but you must not forget that there are also national customers. The breakfast is a little chaotic, it is a very big hotel and there are many people, the breakfast interval is very short, it ends at 10.30, for a foreigner, this schedule can be good, remember that for national client maybe it is a little early, we go on vacation to rest not to have to get up early to be able to arrive to the breakfast, I understand that it is necessary to prepare the room for the buffet lunch but at least to leave the breakfast until 11 would not be a bad idea. Breakfast, for my taste, is also very focused on the foreign tourist. You should consider putting more machines to make toast, the queues were huge. The juice, by the way, very bad, is not natural. On the other hand, the check in and out process was tremendous, we waited in line for more than 30 minutes to check in, and thank goodness we didn't have to wait to get a room key once the check in was done, there were few staff for all the people who arrived that day... very disorganized, thank goodness that when it was our turn we were attended by that nice girl and we got over the annoyance of waiting. The check out was the same, a lot of waiting. We traveled a couple with a child and, although in theory the child slept for free, our room had a large double bed and a sofa bed, it would have been nice if they had left us a set of sheets for the sofa in the room, in the end we had to sleep all three in the bed.

The well-designed resort features spacious pools and lush green areas, ideal for family activities. Children can enjoy the many water attractions, and direct beach access makes for a convenient stay. Despite a friendly staff, one individual at the restaurant created an awkward situation regarding drink service. The pool loungers were quite cramped, limiting comfort for sunbathers.

Beautiful large and friendly furnished rooms. Great pool area. Direct access to the beach. Very clean.
The kitchenette is hardly usable, because everything is missing. Very large facility with constant animation. You have to want that. I did not find the breakfast so exhilarating for a 4 star hotel.

Perfect family getaway!
We had a blast with the kids at the pool with slides, and the beach access was super easy! The staff was so friendly. Loved the poolside snack bar for quick bites, but the indoor pool felt a bit too chilly for the little ones. A fab week!
